Quotes

Every itinerary except the Grand Traverse is private and quoted to your group, so the price depends on dates, party size and accommodation. A quote is confirmed in writing by email and holds for the period stated on it.

The Grand Traverse is a fixed departure at a published price of $4,800 per person, per person — final price. That offer is valid before August 31, 2026.

Deposit and confirmation

A 30% deposit by bank transfer secures your booking — we email you the transfer details once your itinerary is confirmed.

A booking is confirmed only once the deposit has cleared and we have sent you a written confirmation. Until then, dates and accommodation are not held.

What the price covers

Each itinerary page lists its inclusions and exclusions. Where an inclusion list is shared across several routes we say so on the page — read the specific itinerary rather than assuming, and ask us if anything is unclear before you pay.

Prices and changes

Prices are quoted in US dollars. Availability is confirmed at the time of booking, and rates can differ during peak season, festivals and public holidays. If something on your route becomes unavailable we will tell you and offer the nearest equivalent.

Insurance

You are responsible for your own travel insurance, including medical cover and cancellation. We strongly recommend arranging it when you pay your deposit.

Photography on this site

Some images are marked Placeholder. Those are illustrative and are being replaced with photographs of the actual locations. Where an image is marked, do not treat it as a photograph of the specific property or vehicle you will receive.

Awaiting client — cancellation, balance & liability

When the remaining balance falls due, the cancellation and refund schedule at each stage, the governing law, and the registered entity these terms are made with. These are the clauses a traveller looks for before wiring a deposit, and they cannot be drafted without the client. See About.
